PyMOL Software Versions and Installation
- Current Version (3.1.8): Updated March 18, 2026; includes Python 3.10.
- Legacy Version (2.6.2-MacOS-py311): Updated February 5, 2025; includes Python 3.11.
- Installation Method: Both versions can be installed via the Schrödinger Anaconda Channel using the command:
